摘　　要：文章介绍了阜阳师范学院图书馆自建的三个特色数据库,并依据学院的优势及地方特色构想了可开发建设的几个特色数据库,提出建设特色数据库应当注意的原则和事项。This paper makes an introduction to the three self-buih featured databases in the library of Fuyang Normal College. The author has come up with a bold tentative plan to construct several featured databases based on the advantages of the college and the characteristics of the locality, and proposes some principles and items for attention in the construction of featured databases.
