摘  要:为了克服现有继电保护系统配置无法发挥智能变电站本身优势的缺点,该文针对三层式的继电保护体系架构,分析了智能变电站站域保护的功能、实现方式、算法及原理。基于反序网络中母线电压为零的特点,提出了并联电抗电流的出线故障性质判别新方法和基于反序网的双回线路故障测距方法。将高压线路并联电抗器电流引入线路保护,形成了智能变电站带并联电抗器线路保护的新方案。该保护方案具有通过所获取的信息弥补该间隔缺失的保护功能,从而能够快速切除故障。According to the characteristics of smart substation, a three layer type relay protection system was introduced, and the function, realization way, arithmetic and principle of substation-area protection were dis- cussed. Based on the fact that bus voltage of the inverted sequence is zero, a failure discrimination method for shunt reactor current and a fault location method for reverse order double circuit line were proposed. Importing the current of shunt reactor to line protection, a new line protection scheme on the line with shunt reactor for smart substation was put forward. The proposed protection scheme makes up lack protection with the acquired information, and has the ability to rapid removal of faults.
