摘　　要：报告1例儿童眼睑睫毛及头发阴虱感染。患儿女,3岁。因其家长发现其反复揉眼约1周来诊。检查:双上眼睑睫毛处及头发上有活动的虫体和半透明的白色水滴状物。将虫体和虫卵取下,经鉴定为阴虱的虫体及虫卵。其睑睫毛处经金霉素眼膏治疗1周后复诊睫毛阴虱消失。A case of phthiriasis palpebrarum on both eyelashes and hairs is reported. The 3-year-old girl had been found by her parents repeatedly rubbing both eyes for about a week. The examination showed the active insects and translucent white water droplet-like substance on both upper eyelashes and the hairs. Under the microscope pubic lice and nits were identified on the attachments of the eyelashes and the hairs on the scalp. Both lice and nits disappeared after one week of topical treatment with aureomycin oeulenta.
