摘　　要：目的了解医学院校本科生人格特征,为进一步加强大学生的心理健康教育、咨询、引导提供依据。方法采用CCSPS对2 156名某医学院校本科生进行问卷调查分析。结果男生与女生在利他、爽直、严谨、重情4个维度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);独生子女与非独生子女在活跃、利他、严谨维度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);城镇生源与农村生源学生在活跃、严谨、利他维度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应有针对性地对医学院校大学生进行心理健康教育指导,促进其人格的更加完善。Objective To understand the personality trait of medical undergraduate college students, so as to provide the evidence for improving the psychological health education, counseling and related guidance. Methods A total of 2 156 medical undergraduate students were surveyed by the questionnaires, and the results were analyzed with CCSPS. Results There were significant differences between male and female students in the dimensions of altruism, frankness, preciseness and giving importance to emotion. Only-child-students and non-only-child-students varied significantly in the dimensions of activeness, altruism and preciseness. The significant differences were found in the dimensions of activeness and preciseness between the urban students and rural students. Conclusions The pertinent mental health guidance should be accessible to medical college students in order to promote their perfection of personality.
