京万红软膏对多巴胺性静脉损伤干预效果的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察京万红软膏对多巴胺性静脉损伤的预防效果,为临床护士如何采取有效措施规避多巴胺性静脉损伤提供实验依据。方法将40只家兔随机分为京万红组、湿润烧伤膏组、硫酸镁组及对照组,均连续3 d静脉输入高浓度多巴胺,同时于输液部位皮肤分别予以外用京万红软膏、湿润烧伤膏及33%硫酸镁溶液,对照组无处置。输液完毕,分别取输液血管及血液标本进行组织学观察、炎性细胞因子浓度测定。结果京万红组炎性因子浓度明显低于其余各组,病理学改变轻于硫酸镁组及对照组。结论京万红软膏可以有效预防多巴胺性静脉损伤。Objective To observe the preventive effects of Jingwanhong Ointment（JWHO） on dopamine-induced venous injury.Methods Experimental rabbits were randomly divided into control group,JWHO group,moist exposed burn ointmrnt moist exposed burn ointme nt MEBO group and magnesium sulfate group.All animals were intravenously injected with high dose of dopamine under general anesthesia for 3 consecutive days.Meantime,except the control group,animals were treated with JWHO,MEBO and 33% magnesium sulfate at the infusion site.After infusion,the blood vessel and blood samples were collected to do the histological examination and detect the inflammatory factor concentration,respectively.Results The inflammatory factor levels in JWHO group were lower than those in other groups.Compared with the control group and magnesium sulfate group,less pathological changes were observed in JWHO group.Conclusion Jingwanhong Ointment could produce preventive effects on dopamine-induced venous injury.
