典必殊联合rhEGF治疗外伤性脊髓损伤患者并发症压疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏(商品名:典必殊)联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶(rhEGF)治疗外伤性脊髓损伤患者并发症压疮的临床疗效。方法将60例共66处压疮患者分为两组,治疗组:30例采用妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗;对照组30例采用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗,并将两组疗效进行对比观察。结果治疗组与对照组比较,换药次数与愈合时间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率为93.9%。结论妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗外伤性脊髓损伤患者并发症压疮具有协同作用,临床疗效较好,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Eye Ointment（Merchant name：TobraDex） plus recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel（rhEGF） on treating bedsore of Traumatic spinal cord injury patients.Methods 60 cases of bedsore patients were randomly divided into the experiment group and control group.The patients in the experiment group treated by Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Eye Ointment plus recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel（rhEGF）,while the patients in the control group were treated by recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel（rhEGF）,and the differences between two groups were observed comparatively.Results Compared with control group,the differences of the time of dressing change and the healing time have statistical significance.Conclusion Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Eye Ointment plus recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel（rhEGF） had synergistic effects on treating bedsore of Traumatic spinal cord injury patients and good clinical effect and high security,whose clinical popularizing can be considered.
