进境大豆杂质中豌豆褐斑病菌的检疫鉴定

摘　　要：对一批进口的美国大豆杂质中挑选出的表面有褐色病斑的豌豆样品进行病原菌分离,得到了一株与豌豆褐斑病菌(Ascochyta pisi)相似的分离物A1。该分离物的菌落形态,在OA、MA、PDA上的培养特性,分生孢子器以及分生孢子等的显微形态特征,ITS序列分析以及致病性测定,结果表明应将该分离物鉴定为豌豆褐斑病菌(A.pisi)。Isolate A1 which is similar to pathogen Ascochyta pisi causing pea brown spot was isolated and cultured from the surface of pea samples with brown spots. The samples were selected from impurities of a batch of soybeans imported from USA. Based on the results of colony morphology, cultural characteristics on 0A, MA and PDA mediums, microscopic characteristics of the pycnidia and conidia , ITS sequence analysis and pathogenicity test, the pathogen was identified as A. pisi.
