摘　　要：《越绝书》是一部争议颇多的古籍。流传过程中的亡佚、窜改,使该书书名问题成为了一个悬而未决的疑案。文章从《越绝书》与《越纽录》的关系、《越绝书》与《越绝》的关系等来考证该书的书名,以求书名问题的清晰化。Yuejueshu is a contravercial ancient book. The loss and interpolation of it during the circulation make the name of the book remain in suspence. The paper aims to verify its name so as to clarify this problem based on the relations of Yuejueshu and Yueniulu, Yuejueshu and Yuejue.
