基于绩效考核视角的商业银行操作风险管理文献评述

摘　　要：目前,从国内大多数的文献检索中可以看出,基于绩效考核视角来研究操作风险管理的文献较少。文章从这一视角出发,通过文献综述的方式,对我国商业银行操作风险管理研究进行归纳与分析,并从绩效考核与操作风险相关性分析,以及从考核指标体系中寻找操作风险防范手段等角度,初步提出我国商业银行操作风险管理如何从绩效管理角度来防范的建议和理论研究方向。Currently, anong most of the document retrieval in China, it is found that there are few about the study of operational risk management made from the angle of performance evaluation. In this case, this article, by means of comprehensive document report, summarizes and analyzes the researches about the operational risk management conducted in China commercial banks from different angles including correlated analysis about performance evaluation and operational risks, and the search for effective preventive measures in the evaluation index system, and on the basis of this, the author puts forward the suggestion about how to prevent the operational risks of commercial banks from the management of performance evaluation and about the direction for the relevant theoretical study.
