摘  要:目的探讨胱抑素(Scy-c)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)在高血压肾损伤诊断的临床应用价值。方法选择我院197例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,以89例健康体检人员为对照,研究高血压不同严重程度组别及高血压不同肾功能组别与对照组Scy-c、CRP、尿β2-MG浓度比较。结果高血压不同严重程度组别及对照组Scy-c、CRP、尿β2-MG有统计学差异,随血压升高Scy-c、CRP、尿β2-MG均升高;高血压不同肾功能组别及对照组Scy-c、CRP、尿β2-MG比较均有统计学差异;随高血压肾功能的受损,Scy-c、CRP、尿β2-MG进行性升高。结论 Scy-c、CRP、尿β2-MG是高血压早期肾功能受损良好的指标。Objective To explore the clinical application value of cystatin C(Scy-c),C reactive protein(CRP),B2 urine microglobulin(β2-MG) in the diagnosis of hypertensive renal injury.Methods 197 patients in our hospital in patients with essential hypertension as the object of study,and 89 cases of health physical examination personnel control,studied on hypertension in different groups and different severity of hypertension renal functional groups and control group Scy-c,CRP,urinary β2-MG concentration comparison Results There was a statistically significant difference in Scy-c,CRP and urinary β2-MG between essential hypertension patients with different severity group and control group,Scy-c,CRP,urinary β2-MG increased with elevated blood pressure,hypertension of different renal function group and control group Scy-c,CRP,urinary β2-MG was significant difference;with hypertensive renal damage,Scy-c,CRP,urineβ 2-MG were increased.Renal hypertension of different functional groups and control group Scy-c,CRP,urinary β2-MG was significant difference;Scy-c,CRP,urinary β2-MG were increased.with hypertensive renal damage.Conclusion Scy-c,CRP,urinary β2-MG is the essential hypertension patients with early renal function impairment good indicator.
