摘 要:提出一种新型的混合励磁无刷爪极发电机,该电机由永磁体与励磁绕组共同作用产生电机磁场,由于电机结构及磁路的复杂性,对这种电机进行快速、准确的分析比较困难。建立考虑磁场三维分布的电机等效磁网络模型,利用该模型对电机的空载磁场分布及磁场调节能力进行了分析,与有限元分析相比,等效磁网络法分析快速、结果准确。此外,利用等效磁网络模型,结合电机的相量图对电机的负载输出特性进行了计算,计算结果与样机实验结果相吻合。分析结果显示该电机具有气隙磁通密度高、功率密度高、低速输出性能好、励磁损耗低的特点。A novel hybrid excitation brushless claw-pole alternator(HEBCA) was proposed.Its magnetic field was created by permanent magnet and excitation current.However,it's difficult to analyze this alternator for its complicate construction and magnetic field distribution.An equivalent magnetic circuit network model considering three dimensional magnetic field distributions is set up.Compared to the finite element analysis,the equivalent magnetic circuit network method is fast and accurate.Furthermore,the load characteristic was calculated by the equivalent magnetic circuit network model.The results obtained by equivalent magnetic circuit network coincide with the experimental results.It has higher power density and air gap flux density,and it also has the advantages of good low-speed characteristics and low excitation loss.
