摘 要:针对电子式电流互感器的供电电源问题,在分析现有电源解决方案优缺点的基础上,提出了一种基于电容式电压互感器的一体化电子式电压电流互感器。重点研究了这种一体化电子式互感器的电容分压器式供电电源,通过理论分析,提出这种互感器电压测量部分的幅值误差和相位误差的计算方法,给出了以满足相位误差和幅值误差为目标,进行互感器主要元件参数选择的具体计算公式。依据给出的计算公式和方法,对一台要求幅值误差0.2%、相位误差10'的220 kV互感器的主要参数进行了设计,并通过大型商用电路分析软件OrCAD对设计结果进行了仿真验证,仿真结果表明设计能够满足精确度要求。To solve at the problem of power supply of electronic type of current transformer,on the base of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing scheme of power supply,an electronic type of hybrid voltage/current transformer is put forward based on the existing capacity type voltage transformer.The capacitive divider type of power supply scheme for this hybrid transformer was mainly studied.The calculation method of amplitude error and phase error for the voltage measuring part of this hybrid transformer was put forward through a theoretical analysis.Aiming at the content of amplitude error and phase error,the parameter selection formula of the voltage measuring part of this hybrid transformer was given.With the method and formula given,the major parameter of a 220 kV hybrid transformer requiring amplitude error 0.2% and phase error 10′ was designed.A simulation was done to verify the validity of the design by a commercial software OrCAD used for circuit analysis.The simulating results show that the design can satisfy precision requirement.
