摘　　要：政府在网络谣言的防范与治理中,肩负着网络谣言监测、预警、疏导和管理的职能。当网络谣言产生时,政府能否及时启动应急预案,利用自身权威的优势,多渠道、迅速高效的满足公众对信息的需求,进行符合逻辑的,态度诚恳的辟谣,直接决定着网络谣言的影响广度和深度。本文结合不同阶段网络谣言的传播规律,从政府行动、网络谣言受众和传播媒介3个方面进行分析,以期为政府的辟谣策略提供有益的参考。The government,in the prevention and control of the internet rumors,shoulders the duties of network rumors monitoring,early warning,dredge and management functions.When the network rumors arise,whether the government can lauch an emergent preplan in time,using the advantages of their own authority,multi-channel to efficiently meet the public information needs,and make logical,sincere rumors-denial,directly determine the influence of the internet rumors breadth and depth.This article,combining with the different stages of the internet rumors spread characteristics,make analysis from the three aspects of the government actions,internet rumors audience and media,in order to provide beneficial references for the government＇s rumors denial strategy.
