摘　　要：通过分析我国多重建设主体数字图书馆各自不同特点、运营模式以及存在的版权问题,本文提出应区分盈利性和公益性数字图书馆的不同性质,确定各自在法律关系中的地位;针对不同建设主体的需求,建立与之相适应的版权制度,从而实现各方利益的平衡。By analyzing the different characteristics of operation mode and the existing copyright problem construction of digital library,in this paper,proposed that the different properties of profitable and public digital library should be distinguished,and their legal relationship in the position also should be confirmed.In order to realize the balance of the interests of all parties,the construction of subject to different needs should be set up,and adapted to the copyright system.
