摘　　要：本文介绍了访问香港高校图书馆的印象,简要介绍了香港高校图书馆具有良好素质和专业背景的馆员,以及图书馆先进的管理理念,"一切为了读者"、"以读者为本"体现在工作的方方面面。同时重点介绍了高校联盟的港书网(HKALL),包括8所高校联盟的组织以及对馆际互借资源的利用情况。This paper introduced the visit to Hong Kong University Library impression,briefly described the Hong Kong of university librarians,librarians have good qualities and professional background,as well as the library of advanced management concepts,＂everything for the readers＂and＂based on reader＂embodied in all aspects of work.At the same time introduced the Hong Kong Academic Library Link（HKALL）,including 8 universities League organization and on the interlibrary loan in the utilization of resources.
