摘　　要：神经系统副肿瘤综合征如边缘叶脑炎和许多特异性抗体有关。这些抗体极易识别肿瘤组织和神经组织,均有表达的抗原。细胞内抗原包括Hu、Yo、Ma2、CRMP5蛋白和神经元突触囊泡、谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)等。抗细胞内抗原抗体相关脑炎的主要临床表现为边缘叶脑炎、小脑性共济失调和癫痫等。大多数的患者预后不良。Paraneoplastic neurological syndromes, such as limbic encephalitis, are associated with many specific antibodies which can easily recognize the tumor and nerve tissues, with expressive antigens. These intracellular antigens include Hu, Yo, Ma2, CRMPS, amphiphysin and glutamic acid dccarboxylase, etc. The main clinical syndrome of intracellular antigen and antibody associated encephalitis are limbic encephalitis, cerebellar ataxia and epilepsy. Most patients usually have a adverse prognosis.
