摘　　要：目的总结第4代陶瓷界面在全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)中的应用和临床随访(平均10个月)的结果。方法对2010年4月至2011年12月期间复旦大学附属中山医院骨科收治的35例不同髋关节疾病患者应用第4代Delta大直径陶瓷-陶瓷股骨头假体系统行人工THA,采用Harris评分系统进行术前、术后髋关节功能评估,总结临床应用经验和术后并发症等情况。结果对35例实施第4代陶瓷界面THA手术的患者进行疗效随访,21例获随访,男8例,女13例,平均年龄(55.3±21.4)岁(28～77岁),平均随访时间(9.7±7.2)个月(2～22个月),平均术后Harris髋关节评分87.9分。结论在THA中应用第4代陶瓷界面平均10个月以上的早期临床疗效满意。Objective To review the experience in applying the fourth generation ceramic-on-ceramic total hip arthroplasty （THA） and early clinical follow-up results with average over 10 months. Methods Thirty-five patients with various hip disease underwent the procedure of THA with the fourth generation of big diameter femoral head Delta ceramic-on-ceramic total hip prosthesis in Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University from Apr. , 2010 to Dec. , 2011. Clinical evaluation of the joint function of both preoperative and postoperative was performed By Harris hip score, the clinical application experience was summarized and the complications were analyzed. Results Thirty-five patients treated by THA with Delta ceramic-on-ceramic total hip prosthesis were followed up,21 cases were enrolled. The mean follow-up time is 10 （9. 7 ± 7. 2） months,the average age is 55 （28- 77） year-old. The average postoperative Harris Hip Score was 87.9 points. Conclusions The early clinical efficacy of the forth generation ceramic-on-ceramic total hip arthroplasty is satisfactory during the average of 10 months follow-up.
