摘　　要：复发性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)的病因已被广泛研究,对于不明原因的RSA患者,通过研究发现,其早期妊娠时胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)的发生率较无不良孕史的患者有所增加。因此,RSA与IR是否相关是一个值得探讨的课题,本文就这两者之间的相关性作一综述。Research on the cause of recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA） have been widely carried out in recent years. We find out that in early pregnancy stage, patients with uncertain cause of RSA occur insulin resistance （IR） more than patients without abortion. Therefore, in this review it is necessary to summarize the association between RSA and IR.
