高强韧性水电用钢WSD690E调质工艺研究

摘　　要：根据合理的成分和生产工艺,港珠澳大桥用桥梁钢Q420qD(Z15),Q345qD(Z15)、耐候钢Q355NHD(Z15)顺利交付客户使用。其钢板力学性能优良,强度比钢板要求的下限提高30 MPa左右,延伸率≥25%,冲击韧性在200J以上,钢板板形达到客户要求。With reasonable composition and production technology the bridge steel Q420qD （Z15） and Q345qD （ Z15）, weatherproof steel Q355NHD （ Z15 ） for Hong Kong - Zhuhai - Macao Bridge are smoothly delivered to user. They have excellent mechanical performance： the intensity of the lower limit is raised by 30 MPa than the required, elongations〉25% , impact toughness is over 200 J, and the plate shape meets user＇s requirement.
