摘　　要：钢包是冶金工业的重要容器件,起着储存、转运钢水的作用,其寿命的长短直接影响生产的正常运行和生产成本。通过选用优质适价、适应于钢包精炼工艺的耐火材料,优化钢包内衬修砌工艺,加强钢包修砌运行管理,建立科学合理的耐材判废标准,有效地提高钢包内衬使用寿命,钢包耐材成本消耗降低,保证了生产顺行。Ladle is an important container in metallurgical industry, plays the role of storing and transporting molten steel; its work life directly affect regular operation and cost of production. With selecting high - qual- ity appropriate- price refractory materials suiting for ladle refining process, optimizing the building process of inner lining of ladle, strengthening management of building and operation of ladle, establishing scientific and reasonable scrapping standard of refractory materials, the work life of ladle can be effectively prolonged, the cost reduced.
