摘 要:以粉煤灰、矿粉等工业废渣作为掺合料部分取代水泥,配制成复合胶凝材料,结合陶粒陶砂作为骨料制备轻集料混凝土,研究复合胶凝材料对轻集料混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:利用复合胶凝材料配制的轻集料混凝土28 d抗压强度与纯水泥基准配合比保持在同一等级的条件下,干表观密度显著下降。当复合胶凝材料配合比为水泥∶矿粉∶电石渣∶脱硫石膏=5∶3∶1∶1时;制备的LC30轻集料混凝土28 d抗压强度和干表观密度分别达到31.1 MPa和1 483 kg/m3。The fly ash, slag powder and other industrial wastes were used to replace part of cement as composite cementitious material, the ceramsite and ceramic sande were used as aggregate,to make lightweight aggregate concrete.The aim of the study was to look into the influence of composite cementitious material on mechanical properties of the lightweight aggregate concrete.The results showed that the concrete's 28 d dry apparent density had dropped substantially compared with the pure cement benchmark formula when the compressive strength was kept at the same level.The quality mix of the composite cementitious material was that cement:slag powder: desulfurization gypsum:calcium carbide slag was equal to 5:3:1:1, then the lightweight aggregate concrete's 28 d compressive strength went up to 31.3 MPa, the dry apparent density was 1 483 kg/m^3.
