摘　　要：HLC-PE水泥基灌浆材料有机塑性膨胀剂是由水泥塑性阶段水解发气反应物经特殊工艺处理制成,能够提供水泥水化初期塑性膨胀特性的一种产品。当其掺量为水泥用量1%～3%时,能保证各类水泥基灌浆材料满足GB/T 50448—2008《水泥基灌浆材料应用技术规范》对3、24 h竖向膨胀性能要求。消泡剂对其膨胀性能无影响;HLC-PE与硫铝酸钙膨胀剂复合使用可有效防止各类水泥基灌浆材料早期及后期收缩,有效保证灌浆质量。HLC-PE Organic plasticizing expanding agent of cementitious grouting material was made of cement plastic deformation stage Hydrolysis hair gas reactant and was made with by a special process, it was a kind of product to provide expansion characteristics in initial plastic ce- ment hydration.When use of cement mixing content was 1%-3% ,to ensure that all kinds of cement base grouting materials meet the GB/T 50448--2008＂cement base grouting material application technology standard＂ for 3 h, 24 h vertical expansion performance requirements.Defoam- ing agent to its expansion had no effect on performance;the compound used of HLC-PE and sulfur calcium aluminates expansion agent can effectively prevent all kinds of the contraction of cement base grouting material in the early and late and effectively guarantee the grouting quality.
