杭州农业发展现状和转型升级持续发展对策

摘　　要：简要介绍了杭州农业经济、农业示范区建设、农产品质量监管方面的农业发展现状,通过对杭州市农业生产、加工、流通等现状分析,指出在产业结构、人力资源、市场供应、科技水平与政策导向等方面存在的问题。提出必须设法优化产业布局、加强管理、提升科技水平、加强人才开发、完善现代农业保障机制和公共服务体系等多渠道,推进农业转型升级,从而保障居民和农民的双向利益。The paper briefly introduces the agricultural economy in Hangzhou, including construction of agricultural demonstration area and quality supervision of agricultural products. By looking at the whole industry chain, from the agricultural production to products processing, from product packaging to circulation of products, this paper analyzes the basic status of agricultural modernization in Hangzhou. It＇s proposed that the agriculture industry in Hangzhou should be upgraded to achieve sustainable development by optimizing industrial layout, making good use of modern management methods, upgrading modem science and technology, emphasizing human resource development, and further establishing safeguard mechanism and public service system, thus realizing the win-win situation for both customers and agricultural product providers.
