摘 要:以含Bar基因的耐除草剂水稻品种和不耐除草剂的水稻不育系为材料,幼苗期喷施不同用量草铵膦,研究了草铵膦对不耐除草剂水稻幼苗的致死剂量以及不同草铵膦用量对耐除草剂水稻生长发育的影响。结果表明草铵膦对不耐除草剂的不育系的软盘育秧致死剂量≤15mg/m2、厢面湿润育秧致死剂量≤30mg/m2;在幼苗期喷施一定剂量的草铵膦(15 mg/m2~75 mg/m2)对耐除草剂水稻秧苗会产生不同程度的伤害作用,秧苗素质不同程度下降;喷施草铵膦45 mg/m2~75mg/m2后的秧苗移栽大田后,生长发育有所延迟,但产量没有受到显著影响。The lethal dose of basta to young seedlings of herbicide-susceptive rice and the effect of basta dosage on the growth and development of herbicide-resistant rice were studied by spraying different basta dosage at seedling stage with herbicide-resistant rice containing Bar gene and herbicide-susceptive rice male sterile (MS) lines as materials. The results showed that the lethal dose ofhasta to young seedlings ofherbicide-susceptive rice MS lines was 〈 15mg/m2 when raised in the trays, and ≤ 30mg/m2 when raised in the wet seedling bed. The seedlings of herbicide-resistant rice were damaged to some extent with seedling quality decreased in some different degree when treated by different dosage ofbasta with 15 mg/m2-75 mg/m2 at seedling stage. The growth and development of the seedlings of herbicide-resistant rice treated by basta with the dosage of45mg/m2-75 mg/m2 were delayed to some extent after transplanting, but the grain yield was not effected significantly.
