我国药物上市前研究产业链的宏观影响因素分析

摘　　要：国内外医药企业出于研发成本压力,开展了一系列的研发外包形式和全球同步研究发展模式。基于对我国药物上市前研究产业链发展模式和发展进程的分析,本研究采用面板数据实证分析方法,探讨了药物上市前研究产业链的宏观影响因素。实证分析结果显示:国内药物研发活动基本上是粗放式的、以大型企业为主,而药物上市前研究产业链的形成应该依靠中小企业;高专业素质的研究人员是药物上市前研究产业链发展的主力军。Many pharmaceutical companies, both domestic and overseas, are launching a series of the outsourcing and global research mode because of their research cost pressures. The developmental model and the evolving process of the industrial chains for pharmaceutical preparations was discussed by detailed analysis of the economics before their entrance into market. It influenced the industrial chains of pharmaceutical preparations in China based on the empirical analysis of the panel data model. The results of the empirical analysis are illustrated as follows： the domestic pharmaceutical research activities are mainly founded on the extensive and large enterprises; the pre- market entrance research industry chain should rely on the small and medium enterprises; and the professional researchers are the driving force for China to develop the pre- market- entrance research industrial chain.
