摘　　要：目的评估弹性成像(EU)在降低甲状腺结节常规超声(CU)误诊率中的价值。方法回顾性分析100个甲状腺结节术前CU和EU表现,并运用ROC曲线评估两者独立使用以及联合使用的诊断价值。结果 CU和EU的ROC线下面积(AUC)分别为0.91和0.83(P<0.01),联合使用的AUC为0.95,大于CU(2.02,P<0.01)和EU(3.79,P<0.01)。甲状腺良性结节或局灶性病变EU评分偏低,滤泡状癌多表现为Ⅲ型,特殊亚型乳头状癌EU无特异性表现。结论 EU有助于降低甲状腺结节误诊率。Objective To evaluate the value of elastosonography（EU） in reducing the misdiagnosis rate of thy roid nodules with conventional ultrasonography（CU）. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the characteristics of 100 thyroid nodules with CU and EU. The receiver operating characteristics（ROC） curves of CU,EU and their combina tion were used to evaluate their value. Results The area under the ROC curve（AUC） of nodules with CU and EU was 0.91 and 0.83 ,respectively（P〈0.01）. AUC of combination was 0. 95 ,larger than that of CU（2. 02, P〈0.01） and EU （3.79,P〈0.01）. The score of thyroid benign nodules or local lesion is lower, follicular thyroid carcinoma often dis plays type Ⅲ. There was no special characteristic in some special subtypes of papillary thyroid carcinoma with EU. Conclusions EU will help to reducing the misdiagnosis rate of thyroid nodules with CU.
