摘 要:延川南区块作为中国石化第一个煤层气产建区块,目前已进入开发阶段。掌握该区煤层气井生产动态,确定其产能影响因素,对区块下一步规模化开发具有显著的指导意义。以延川南区块煤层气井生产动态为研究基础,综合运用统计、对比、数模方法,对该区煤层气排采井生产特征进行分类,分析影响该区煤层气井产能的主要因素。研究表明,该区煤层含气量对产能影响较大,而含气量受煤体结构影响显著;构造高部位相对高点及距断层200m以上区域受含水层影响较小,有利于煤层气井排水降压,获得高产;水力压裂裂缝半长与单井产能具有一定关系;适宜的压裂液量和加砂量有助于提高煤储层渗流能力,促进煤层气产出;合理控制煤层气井初期排采强度,有助于煤层气井产能的提高。As the first CBM productivity construction block of Sinopec, South Yanchuan block is under development at present. Knowing well about the production performance of CBM wells and ensuring the influence factors of productivity have obvious guid- ing significance to the next scale development. Therefore, base on the production performance, with the combination of method of statistics, comparison and numerical simulation, and Classifying the production characteristic of CBM drainage wells in this block, this paper analysed the main influence factors of CBM wells productivity in South Yanchuan block. The results shows that the gas content in the coalbed layers in this block has great effect on productivity, while the gas content is markedly affected by the coal structure. Relatively high position of the structure and the area above 200 meters of the faults that are less affected by the aquifer contribute to dewatering and depressurizing in order to obtain high productivity. Fracture half-length has a certain relationship with productivity. Meanwhile, suitable fracturing fluid volume and sand amount help to improve the permeability of coal seam and promote the output of CBM. And reasonable controlling of the initial drainage and gas recovery strength of the CBM wells also helps to improve the productivity.
