摘  要:研究以乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙酸酐为原料、一步反应法合成乙酰丙酮的工艺。通过单因素实验、正交实验、二次拟合法得最佳工艺参数为反应时间15.3h、原料配比n(乙酰乙酸乙酯)∶n(Ac2O)为1∶1,催化剂用量为Ac2O质量的3%。在此条件下进行实验,乙酰丙酮收率99.28%,纯度为99.27%。The synthesis process of acetylacetone with one step was studied using ethyl acetoacetate and acetic anhydride as raw materials.Single factor and orthogonal analysis of experimental results speculated the optimum conditions.The verification experiments showed that the optimum conditions of acetylacetone synthesis were as follows: reaction time was 15.3h,molar ratio of ethyl acetoacetate and acetic anhydride was 1.1,and mass ratio of catalyst and acetic anhydride was 3%.Under these conditions,the yield of product was 99.28%,and the product purity was 99.27%.
