摘　　要：目的探讨干燥综合征(SS)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中Toll样受体4(TRL4)的表达及其与病情活动的关系。方法治疗组选取25例SS患者,正常对照组10例健康志愿者,用流式细胞仪检测2组外周血单个核细胞中TRL4的表达。根据血沉、C反应蛋白将SS分为病情活动组和病情稳定组,对TRL4水平和免疫球蛋白、补体等免疫指标及血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)病情活动指标进行相关性分析。结果 TRL4在SS疾病组PBMC上的表达明显高于正常对照组;TRL4在SS病情活动组与稳定组外PBMC上的表达差异无统计学意义;SS疾病组PBMC上TRL4水平与免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、补体C3、C4免疫指标和ESR、CRP病情活动指标无相关性。结论 SS患者PBMC上TRL4的高表达提示其参与了干燥综合征的发病机制,但与SS疾病活动度无相关性。Objective To explore Toll like receptor 4 （TLR4） expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with Sjogren＇s syndrome （SS） and analyze the relationship with disease activity. Methods There were 25 patients with SS in disease group and 10 healthy volunteers in normal control group. TLR4 expression was detected by flow eytometry. According to ESR and CRP, the patients with SS were divided into active group and non -active group, and the level of the TLR4, IgG, IgA, C3 and C4 immune index and ESR, CRP disease activity index were analyzed. Results The expression of TLR4 in SS patients was obviously higher than that in healthy controls. There was no difference of TRL4 expression in active group and non - active group. There were no correlation between TRIA and immune index of IgG, IgA, C3, CA and ESR, CRP disease activity index in patients with SS. Conclusion The results show that the expression of TLR4 in patients with SS is obviously higher than that in healthy controls, and it indicates that TRIA is involved in the pathogenesis of Sjogren＇s syndrome, but there is not relationship with SS disease activity.
