摘　　要：目的:比较超脉冲CO2点阵激光与液氮冷冻治疗脂溢性角化病的疗效。方法:将100例脂溢性角化病患者共212个皮损随机分成两组,观察组用超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗;对照组用液氮冷冻,比较两组疗效。结果:两组总有效率均为100%,观察组痊愈率治疗1次93.6%,2次99%,色沉率7.2%,无色减;对照组痊愈率治疗1次71.5%,2次83.3%,色沉率29.4%,色减率3.9%。结论:超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗脂溢性角化病更安全、有效、快捷。Objective nitrogen refrigeration. people in observation nitrogen refrigeration. were 93,6% and 99% To explore the curative effect of super pulse CO2 fractional laser on seborrheic keratosis comparing liquid Methods 100 patients with 212 rashes of seborrheic keratosis were randomly divided into two groups.
