摘 要:目的:应用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)基因分型方法快速准确分析铜绿假单胞菌(PA)的同源性,及时监测PA院内感染的发生和发展的情况,为指导临床及时合理使用抗菌药物及流行性病学调查提供可靠的实验数据和理论依据。方法:对ICU病房收集到的PA进行药物敏感性试验,筛选从同一部位分离,间隔5天以上,且药物敏感性有改变的菌株并随机选出的5株PA做RAPD基因分型。结果:29株PA共分出9个基因型。1位患者为单一RAPD型PA菌株感染,且耐药性较稳定;其他患者的RAPD分型都有所改变,且存在基因型互变的可能。结论:耐药表型与RADP基因型之间不存在相关性;单独的药敏不能确定交叉感染的存在;进行RAPD分型对于流行病学调查确定院内交叉感染或流行具有重要意义。Objective This study was to determine the antibiotic susceptibility and RAPD types of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA)and to reveal weather cross-infection occurs between the patients in ICU. Method The antimicrobial susceptibility test was carried out with VITEK2-compact automatic system.The homology was analyzed by RAPD-PCR method. Results A total of 9 RAPD types were found among 29 isolates of PA recovered in the ICU. ONE patients had only one RAPD type and its drug resistance is stable. Others' RAPD types were different and become the other. Conclusions There was no correlation between RAPD types and resistant phenotypes; cross infection was not identified by antimicrobial susceptibility testing; RAPD analysis is a rapid simple accurate method, in favor of surveillance of epidemiology and infection control.
