摘　　要：铂类药物是临床上最常规和最广泛应用的抗恶性肿瘤的药物之一,但该类药物会导致造血系统毒性、消化道毒性、耳毒性、神经毒性等不良反应,从而,大大限制了临床上的使用。因此,为了避免这些不良反应,临床上开始转向个体化医学,即研究基因与药物的关系,指导合理用药,避免不良反应。Platinum-based drugs is one of the most conventional and most widely used anti-cancer drug in clinical, but the toxicity of these drugs cause hematopoietic system, gastrointestinal toxicity, ototoxicity, neurotoxicity and other adverse reactions, which greatly limits the clinical use. Accordingly, in order to avoid these adverse reactions, clinical turning individualized medicine, i.e., the relationship between genes and drugs, and to guide rational drug to avoid adverse reactions.
