摘　　要：目的:探讨对薄膜敷料过敏患者应用美皮康有边型做中心静脉置管换药敷料,预防和治疗局部皮肤过敏的效果。方法:对中心静脉置管换药时薄膜敷料过敏患者,采用美皮康有边型换药,观察过敏缓解情况,对出现皮疹和皮肤破损者观察其恢复效果。结果:美皮康有边型作中心静脉置管换药敷料,过敏发生少,皮疹和皮肤破损修复快。结论:对薄膜敷料过敏患者,改用美皮康有边型为中心静脉置管进行换药,破损皮肤愈合快,患者舒适度好,满意度高。Objective Approach the effect on Mepilex Border preventing and treating the autopaths who change dressing for the central venous catheter with transparent film. Methods Mepilex Border instead of transparent film used for the central venous catheter dressing change to the autopaths. Observing the relieves of hypersusceptibility and recovery effect who have erythra and skin damaged. Results Mepilex Border used for central venous catheter dressing change seldom happen hypersusceptibility, erythra and skin damaged recovery fast. Conclusions Mepilex Border instead of transparent film used for central venous catheter dressing change can accelerate the erythra and damaged skin heal,increase the patients＇degree of comfort and satisfaction.
