摘　　要：目的:观察分析福建漳州成人流行性腮腺炎的流行特点,探讨流行性腮腺炎的临床特点、流行病学特征及其防治。方法:回顾性分析我科2010年1月～2012年1月收治的流行性腮腺炎的临床表现。结果:成人流行性腮腺炎的临床表现较儿童更为明显。所有患者经抗病毒治疗后均治愈出院。结论:应加强对成人流行性腮腺炎的进一步认识,针对流行性腮腺炎的流行和发病采取以预防接种疫苗为主的综合性措施加以控制。Objective To analyze prevlent status of epidmic mumps in Zhangzhou District of Fujian Province and offer effective refer- ence for making control strategy. Methords The prevalent situation of epidemic mumps in our departmentof our hospital District from 2010 to 2012 were surveyed and the results were anlayzed： Results The incidence of the clinical manifestations among adult patients was much higher than that of the children. After the treatment, all the patients recovered and discharged. Conclusion The priority of control of epidemic mumps be focusd on protection of susceptable population and active vaccination is an effective mesure.
