摘　　要：目的:总结麦默通微创旋切手术系统(Mammotome,MMT)治疗副乳的护理经验。方法:选择我科应用MMT共治疗66例患者的121个副乳。分析治疗过程中对患者进行术前、术中及术后的护理要点。结果:所有病灶均完整切除,术后出现血肿5例,皮下积液6例,皮肤青紫17例。门诊随访52例患者6～10月,无一例复发。结论:麦默通微创旋切手术对副乳的治疗具有安全、有效、微创和美观的特点,值得推广。良好的手术配合和护理为手术的顺利进行及患者的顺利恢复提供了保障。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of ultrasound-guided vacuum-assisted breast biopsy（Mammotome,MMT） system in treatment of mamma accessoria. Methods Choose me,66 patients were treated with MMT 121 Furu.Analysis of the treatment of patients with preoperative.lntraoperative and postoperative nursing. Results All masses were successfully completed resected.28 cases had postoperative complications,including hematoma（5 cases）,subcutaneous effusion（6 cases）,and skin purple（17 cases）.52 cases were followed up for 6-10 months in out-patient clinic,no patients relapsed. Conclusion Mammotome system is a safe and potent therapeutic management with satisfactory cosmetic outcome for mamma accessoria,which is worthy to be popularized.Good surgery co-ordination and care has provided a guarantee for the smooth operation and the patient＇s smooth recovery.
