摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对直立体位心动过速(POTS)患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用直立倾斜试验来筛选POTS患者,共入选23例患者,接受6个月系统的健康教育、康复训练、心理疏导及跟踪护理,以直立倾斜试验和调查问卷来评价护理干预效果。结果:经过6个月的综合护理干预后,倾斜试验复查直立性心动过速症状减轻,发作频率减少,有效改善患者生活质量。结论:加强健康教育、心理疏导及康复指导等综合护理干预可显减少患者症状发作,改善生活质量。Objective The aim of this study was to assess the usefulness of multiple nursing care in patients with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome （POTS）. Methods 23 patients with POTS entered this trial. The patients- received multiple nursing care [6 months].The influence of intensive nursing care on orthostatic tachycardia was assessed by determination of questionnaire scores and tilt-table testing before and after intervention. Results After multiple nursing care,only 7 individuals of 19 still had orthostatic tachycardia.The subjects showed an improvement in the symptom score form. Conclusion Our data demonstrate multiple nursing care leads to an improvement of symptoms in the majority of patients with orthostatic tachycardia.
