摘  要:目的:考察六味地黄汤对BALB/c小鼠海马在体LTP的影响。方法:六味地黄汤单次或连续灌胃7 d后,考察其对正常BALB/c小鼠及皮质酮致LTP损伤模型动物海马在体LTP的影响。结果:皮下注射皮质酮10~50 mg/kg可剂量依赖性的抑制PS增幅;六味地黄汤单次或连续灌胃7 d对正常BALB/c小鼠PS没有明显影响,但可明显增加皮质酮致LTP损伤模型动物的PS增幅。结论:六味地黄汤对皮质酮致LTP损伤具有明显的改善作用,提示改善神经突触可塑性是六味地黄汤发挥益智作用的机制之一。Objective:Observe the effect of Liuwei Dihuang decoction(LW) on long-term potentiation(LTP) in BALB/c mice in vivo.Methods:BALB/c mice were used in this study,in vivo recording was applied for LTP experiment.Results:Single-time and 7 days oral administration of LW had no effect on LTP in intact BALB/c mice.Corticosterone was administrated by subcutaneous injection 1.5 hours before LTP experiment,and the enhancement of popular spike after tetanic stimulation was significantly inhibited.Single-time and 7 days oral administration of LW increased the enhancement of popular spike after tetanic stimulation in corticosterone treated animals.Conclusion:LW had a protective effect against corticosterone's inhibitory effect on LTP,improving LTP contributed to the enhancing effect of LW on learning and memory.
