威灵仙总皂苷对佐剂性关节炎大鼠踝关节病理的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察威灵仙总皂苷对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠踝关节病理改变的影响。方法:大鼠足趾皮内注射弗氏完全佐剂致佐剂性关节炎,威灵仙总皂苷按25、50、100 mg/kg剂量灌胃给药15天,观察大鼠踝关节滑膜、关节腔、软骨、周围软组织等组织病理情况。结果:威灵仙总皂苷(50、100 mg/kg)明显减轻AA大鼠踝关节病理损伤。结论:威灵仙总皂苷可改善AA大鼠的踝关节组织病理改变。Objective：To study effect of total saponins of Clematis on pathological changes of ankle tissue in adjuvant arthritis rat.Methods：Adjuvant arthritis of rats was induced by Freund＇s complete adjuvant.Total saponins of Clematis were adiministered by intragastric administration（i.g.） for 15 days（25,50,100 mg/kg）.The pathological changes of ankle synovialmembrane,cavity of joint,cartilage and surrounding soft tissue in each group were observed.Results：Total saponins of Clematis（50,100 mg/kg）obviously relieved the changes of pathology in adjuvant arthritis rat.Conclusions：Total saponins of Clematis could alleviate the changes of the pathomorphology affected with rheumatoid arthritis.
