摘  要:目的:初步揭示民族药蔓菁抗疲劳作用的量效关系。方法:采用"对数剂量设计法"设置蔓菁水提取物的不同剂量,观察其对小鼠室温游泳时间的影响。结果:蔓菁水提取物在376.20~37619.86 mg(蔓菁药材)/kg/次剂量范围内有明显的缓解体力疲劳的作用,其中376.20 mg(蔓菁药材)/kg/次剂量组小鼠的平均游泳时间最长,且明显优于阳性药红牛维生素功能饮料。结论:蔓菁水提取物在一定的剂量范围内具有明显的缓解体力疲劳作用,但是量效关系不成简单的正比关系。Objective:To preliminary study the dose-effect relationship of the anti-fatigue effects in the ethnomedicine of Brassica rapa.Methods:The logarithmic dose design method of the dose-effect relationship was applied by setting different dosages of the water extracts of Brassica rapa(WEB),and the water extracts' influences on the mice swimming time were detected at room temperature.Results:The WEB 376.20~37619.86 mg(crude drug)/kg/dose had significant anti-fatigue effect(P0.05).The mice giving WEB 376.20 mg(crude drug)/kg/dose had the longest swimming time,which was significantly better than the positive Red Bull group(P0.05).Conclusion:The WEB had significant anti-fatigue effects in a certain dose range,but the dose-effect relationship is not the proportional relationship.
