摘　　要：目的:研究藏药多刺绿绒蒿提取物体外抗流感病毒的作用;方法:制备了全草醇提取物;采用常规试管凝集实验方法,测试该提取物体外抗流感病毒活性;结果:发现该药液在1:4稀释度时(12.5mg/ml,按生药量计算),对体外甲型流感病毒有抑制作用。结论:多刺绿绒蒿提取液对流感病毒有一定的抗病毒活性,值得继续追踪研究。Objective：To investigate the antiviral effects of Tibetan medicine Meconopsis horridula hook extractive against influenza virus A（H1N1） in vitro.Methods：Titration of the influenza virus A and the antiviral effects Against influenza virus A were evaluated by using chicken red blood cells hemagglutination assay.Results：The antivirual effect EC50 value of the Meconopsis extractve was 12.5mg/ml.Conclusion：Meconopsis horridula hook extractive showed antiviral activity against influenza virus,further research needs to focus on the mechanism of the Meconopsis horridula hook extractive avtivity.
