息风止痛颗粒对犬脑循环及小鼠微循环的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究息风止痛颗粒对麻醉犬脑血流动力学和小鼠微循环影响。方法:将30只犬随机分为5组,十二指肠给药,用电磁流量计和生物医学信号采集处理系统检测颈内动脉血流量和动脉血压,并计算脑血流量和脑血管阻力。尾静脉注射肾上腺素复制急性血瘀模型,检测微动脉、微静脉口径和血流速度。结果:息风止痛颗粒高剂量(4.64g生药/kg)能显著增加麻醉犬给药60min的脑血流量、降低脑血管阻力,降低收缩压和舒张压(P<0.05,P<0.01)。高、中剂量组(22.62g生药/kg、11.31g生药/kg)能扩张耳廓微动脉和尾静脉口径,增加血流速度(P<0.01)。结论:息风止痛颗粒改善脑血流动力学指标,降低血压,改善微循环。Objective：To study the effects of Xifengzhitong Granule on anesthetized dogs of cerebral hemodynamics and microcirculation of mice.Methods：30dogs which randomly divided into 5 groups were duodenal administrated,using electromagnetic flowmeter and biomedical signal acquisition and processing system for the detection of internal carotid artery blood flow and arterial blood pressure,and calculate the cerebral blood flow and brain vascular resistance.The mice whose tail vein injected epinephrine to replicated acute blood stasis model,were detected the arteriolar、venular caliber and flow velocity.Results：High-dose can increase significantly in anesthetized dogs administrated 60min cerebral blood flow,reduction in cerebral vascular resistance,decreased systolic and diastolic blood pressure（P0.05,P0.01）.High 、middle-dose group dilated auricle micro artery and the caudal vein caliber,increased blood flow velocity（P0.01）.Conclusion：The Xifengzhitong Granule in improving cerebral hemodynamic indexes,lowering blood pressure;improving microcirculation.
