摘　　要：蛋白质组学从一个机体或一个组织、一个细胞等不同层次"整体"的蛋白质活动的角度来获得蛋白质水平上关于疾病发生、细胞代谢等过程的整体而全面的认识,这种研究思路与中药多靶点调节的特征相一致。本文介绍蛋白质组学的发展概况及核心技术,着重综述近几年蛋白质组学在病证模型研究、中药药效学评价及相关机制研究、中药毒性研究等方面的进展。From the point of view of the different levels of ＂overall＂ protein activities,such as a body,a tissue or a cell,Proteomics obtained a holistic and comprehensive understanding of the disease,cell metabolism process on protein level.This idea is consistent with the holistic concept and multi-target adjustable features in Traditional Chinese Medicine.This review briefly introduced proteomics,its core technologies and progress on models based on disease and syndrome,Pharmacodynamic Evaluation and relative mechanism research and toxicity studies of Chinese medicine.
