摘  要:目的:探讨肠毒清口服液对全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)大鼠血清及肺泡灌注液中炎性细胞因子的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、A模型组、A低剂量组、A中剂量组、A高剂量组及B模型组、B低剂量组、B中剂量组、B高剂量组9组,每组8只,用腹腔注射酵母多糖悬浊液(ZPS)法造SIRS模型,正常组、模型组及肠毒清口服液各剂量组分别给予NS和不同浓度肠毒清口服液灌胃,连续3天,2次/天,末次给药后第3天处死大鼠,检测大鼠血清及肺泡灌注液中炎性细胞因子的水平。结果:A、B各组血清中炎性因子水平略高于正常组;A、B模型组与低、中、高剂量组各炎性因子无统计学意义;B低、中、高剂量组的肺泡灌注液中炎性因子水平略高于A组,但无统计学意义。结论:高剂量的肠毒清口服液可通过减轻炎性因子的释放,缓解750 mg/kgZPS导致的SI RS症状。Objective: To explore the effects of ChangDuQing oral liquid on cytokines in serum and alveolar perfusate of rats with systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS).Method: SD rats were randomized into normal group,A model group,A group of low dosage,A group of middle dosage,A group of high dosage,B model group,B group of low dosage,B group of middle dosage and B group of high dosage,eight rats each group.SIRS models were established through peritoneal injection with suspension of yeast polysaccharides.Normal group,model group and different dosage groups of ChangDuQing oral liquid were given with NS and different concentrations of ChangDuQing oral liquid,lavage for three consecutive days,twice each day,the rats were killed after medication by the end of the 3rd day,levels of cytokines in serum and alveolar perfusate of rats were detected.Result: Levels of cytokines in serum in A,B groups were higher than that of normal group;cytokines in A,B groups and different dosage groups demonstrated statistical meaning;levels of cytokines in alveolar perfusate of B groups of different dosages were higher than A group without statistical meaning.Conclusion: High dosage ChangDuQing oral liquid can relieve reducing and the symptoms caused by 750 mg/kg suspension of yeast polysaccharides through.
