补肾调经方联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟补肾调经方联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:将102例PCOS患者随机分为2组,对照组采用达英-35治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用自拟补肾调经方,2组均治疗3个月经周期,停药3个月后观察性激素T、LH、FSH、LH/FSH、妊娠等变化并作统计分析。结果:治疗组总有效率80.4%,显著高于对照组的60.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟补肾调经方联合达英-35治疗PCOS疗效显著,无不良反应。Objective： To approach clinical effects of ZiNi BuShen TiaoJingFang joint with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets in treating polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）.Method： All 102 patients were randomized into two groups.Control group took ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets and control group were also given with ZiNi BuShen TiaoJingFang.Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles.Changes of sexual hormone T,LH,FSH,LH/FSH and pregnancy were observed and analyzed statistically in three months after stoping to take medicine.Result： Total effective rate of treatment group was 80.4%,higher than 60.8% of control group significantly with statistical meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion： ZiNi BuShen TiaoJingFang combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets are effective in treating PCOS without adverse reaction.
