摘　　要：美联储推出QE3将给我国经济带来较大影响,主要包括:加重通货膨胀和资产泡沫压力;美元贬值将导致我国外汇储备出现大幅缩水;对我国进出口产生不确定性影响;给人民币国际化提供了更好的环境。我国应采取如下措施:推动人民币国际化;通过资产多元化减少外汇储备损失,增加对外直接投资;完善人民币汇率形成的市场机制,增加汇率弹性;采取审慎的宏观经济政策,避免陷入"滞涨"的局面。The Federal Reserve＇ s launching QE3 will bring to our country economy influence, mainly includeing increased inflation and asset bubbles pressure;the depreciation of the dollar will lead to China＇ s foreign exchange reserves plunged and the uncertain influence on China＇ s import and export, and provide RMB a better international environment. Our country should take the decrease foreign reserves loss through the plurality following measures：to promote the internationalization of RMB; of assets, increase foreign direct investment;improve the RMB exchange rate formation of market mechanism;increase the flexibility of the exchange rate;take prudent macroeconomic policy and avoid ＂stagflation＂ situation.
