地方融资平台的风险问题研究——与“迪拜危机”的比较

摘　　要：迪拜债务危机与我国地方融资平台债务问题有许多相似之处,剖析比较"迪拜世界"对我国地方融资平台的发展有借鉴意义。当前我国地方政府长期累积巨额债务,应通过坚持市场化运作,完善治理结构;明确融资投向,严格落实还款来源;建立债务风险管理机制,加强外部监管;完善我国财税体制,加快政府债券的规范发展等途径予以化解,以促进地方经济平稳发展。Dubai debt crisis and China＇ s local financing platform of debt problems have many similarities, and the analysis of their comparison has drawn lessons. Currently,local government accumulates long - term huge debts, so she should adhere to the market operation, perfect the governance structure;clear financing direction, strictly implement the source of repayment;establish debt risk management mechanism, strengthen external supervision;improve finance and taxation system in our country, and accelerate the development way of government bonds＇ solution in order to promote the stable development of the local economy.
