摘　　要：2009年,《中华人民共和国保险法》进行了第二次修订,文章分别对比分析了自杀条款和重复保险条款修订前后的差异,认为修订后的自杀条款与重复保险条款仍然存在着缺陷和不足,会引发保险争议和道德风险,以对保险法相关条款进一步修订完善提供启示。The Insurance Law of the People＇s Republic of China was amended the second time in 2009, this article analyses the differences before and after amendments of suicide and double insurance clauses, and points out the shortcomings and deficiencies after amendments, which can cause insurance dispute and moral risk, so as to provides the relevant reference for further improvement of insurance law.
