摘  要:现代信息技术在食品质量安全监控中的应用日益成熟,并为质量问题的溯源追责提供了有效路径。借鉴物联网关键技术在食品产业链质量监控的研究与实践,本文从产品质量安全视角对大宗农产品产业链结构深入剖析,运用危害分析和关键控制点原理分析认知了大宗农产品产业链中存在质量安全隐患的关键控制点及潜在危害,设计了大宗农产品产业链质量安全监控的物联网技术宏观框架和微观系统,并构建了相应的安全监控机制。With the fast maturity of application of modern technologies in the monitoring of food quality and safety, a valid path to quality problems traceability responsibility was provided. According to the researches and practice of Internet of Things Technology in quality control of the food chain, the paper thoroughly analyzed the structure of primary agricultural products industry chain in the view of quality and security of products, adopted Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point principle for cognizing the critical control points and damage categories in the chains in which there exists potential damages and quality securities, and designd macroscopic framework and micro-system of Internet of Things of quality and security monitoring of primary agricultural products, then built the corresponding security monitoring mechanism.
