摘　　要：伴随着国家扶贫战略的调整,中国扶贫的重点转向11个集中连片特困地区,扶贫的目标开始由解决贫困人口的温饱问题转向如何实现贫困农民的增收致富转变,这也决定了科技在片区扶贫中的作用应发生相应的调整。本文探讨了新形势下科技推进片区扶贫的作用机制,分析了片区扶贫中的科技作用重点并对科技在秦巴片区作用的途径提出了一些具体的建议。According to the change of national anti-poverty strategy, 11 deeply poor districts were stressed. The aim of poverty alleviation turned to increase the income of poor peasants instead of sufficient food and clothing. The role of poverty alleviation by S＆T has to change correspondingly. The paper discusses the promoting mechanism and role of science and technology, and gives some advices on the way of poverty alleviation by S＆T.
