摘　　要：中国本土企业研究院作为集团层面的研发机构,是大企业集团自主创新的主要技术依托。研究发现,对于中国本土企业研究院,原始创新是其自主创新的主要实现方式;合作创新则是最佳资源组织形式;管理创新是其内部环境的有力支撑。在此基础上,结合杭州汽轮动力集团研究院的自主创新实践进行案例分析,探讨中国本土企业研究院在探索自主创新战略道路上所呈现出的特征。Chinese local enterprise institutions as enterprise group-level R＆D institutions are the main innovation relies on technology. Based on this perspective, we come to the conclusions as follow- ing. i） the original innovation is the main way of Chinese local enterprise institutions to achieve inde- pendent innovation; ii） cooperation innovation is the best way of resource organizing; and iii） the in- ternal support of it is independent innovation. The paper presents the case study on independent inno- vation of Hangzhou Steam Turbine Dynamic Group Institute, discussion the characteristics of Chinese local enterprise institutions independent innovation to discuss the features exhibited by Chinese local enterprise institutions on the way of exploring independent innovation.
